Just Chilling is what the JC in JC Brasserie & Pub stands for, and it’s the best way to describe the ambience of this classically styled pub.

Situated in District Six in Cape Town, JC Brasserie & Pub is a great place to catch up with friends, watch a game on the big screen TV or just sit out on the deck and watch the world go by.

This warm and welcoming pub serves great comfort food. The food is simple, tasty and well prepared. All the food is hand crafted on sight, using the freshest ingredients.

The menu is extensive and includes all the traditional pub fare – Fish and chips, pies, salads, bangers and mash, ribs, platters and great snacks. Their gourmet, hand crafted burgers were recently rated among the top five in Cape Town.

Wednesday night is Quiz Night. This is a great opportunity for some fun, to meet new people, enjoy some delicious food and drink, and to test your general knowledge.

There are great specials offered on different nights as well as daily pub lunch specials.

Happy Hour is from 4-6 PM from Mondays to Fridays, come and join in on the fun!

The bar is fully stocked with an assortment of beers on tap, spirits, cocktails, mocktails, ciders and wine.

They are open from Monday to Sunday from 12.00 till late and the service is friendly and efficient.

JC Brasserie & Pub is a great location to book a function or party. A special birthday treat consists of free one meal and one free drink to the value of R80 on your day of celebration, provided you supply your ID as proof. This is however not in conjunction with the specials being offered at the restaurant.
