Situated in a corner of peaceful Lake Sugi, at Ponta Malongane, Mozambique, Camp Lagoa is a perfect place for those who value nature and privacy.

This eco camp, set on lawns and among shady trees boasts eight unique casitas – Spanish for small self-contained dwellings. These delightful and unique casitas are rustic and comfortable, and are built entirely from materials found in and around the lake, just as they were centuries ago.

The camp is only eight hundred metres from the sea and is an ideal place for a family holiday where children and pets are welcome.

Camp Lagoa is wheel chair accessible and there are facilities for disabled persons, free parking, and airport transportation can be arranged.

All accommodation has access to a swimming pool, and pool side bar.

Fresh bread is available at 8am every day and free vegetables and herbs are available from their lush vegetable garden.

Self-catering Accommodation at Camp Lagoa
Accommodation consists of eight casitas and eight camp sites, all of which are well spaced and private.

The cosy casitas can sleep two or four, have queen size beds, or singles, overhead fans and mosquito nets. Each has tea/coffee facilities, a kitchenette, a braai area and WiFi.

The camp and caravan sites with lake views, are set on the lawns under shady trees. Each camp site has its own private toilet and shower. Each has a multi plug five-amp power draw, water taps and a braai area.

Camp Lagoa offers cleaning services, take aways and plenty of activities. The camp is centrally situated and within walking distance of bars and restaurants.
